The headliner: Ocarina of Time on Switch 2

Nintendo’s remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time lands on Thursday 5 November, exclusively on Switch 2. In North America, pre-loaded digital copies unlock around 05:00 UTC on the 5th (midnight Eastern / 9pm Pacific the evening before). UK and other European eShop unlock times were not stated on the pages we checked, so treat those as TBC and watch your local eShop. If you’re setting up for the Switch 2 releases, our sister site What2Buy (a UK guide site) has a guide to best Switch 2 accessories under £20 that covers grips, cases and simple desk bits – its picks and prices are for UK shoppers.

Couch pick: Godzilla remaster

Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered arrives on Tuesday 3 November with local co-op and online play. Platforms confirmed in Atari’s announcement are PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 – so it’s a strong sofa pick whether you’re on a big TV or a handheld.

PC pick: WoW: Forever

World of Warcraft: Forever goes live globally on Wednesday 4 November (Blizzard lists 23:00 UTC / 3:00 p.m. PST), so depending on where you live it may open late Wednesday or early Thursday local time. Access is included with a World of Warcraft subscription or Game Time. It’s Blizzard’s reimagined take on the original Azeroth continents – a permanent home alongside modern and Classic WoW.
